Enquiry and booking form — when you contact us or request a quote or site visit, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the subject and content of your message, and (where applicable) your preferred appointment date and time.
Customer account — if you create an account to manage orders or make payments online, we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We keep a record of sign-ins for account security.
Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe provides us with confirmation that payment was made.
Technical data — your IP address, browser type and device information, collected automatically to keep the site secure, prevent spam, and, where you've consented, to understand how the site is used.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to deal with your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, before deleting or anonymising them. Customer account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Records we must keep for accounting or legal purposes are retained for the period required by law (normally up to 6 years).
